🖼️ Are your designs original?

Yes! Every image featured on our products is hand-created by me and my small team of artists. From concept sketches to final artwork, we design each piece with care, creativity, and a deep love for art. You're not just purchasing a product—you’re supporting original artistry and a creative process that values quality, uniqueness, and human touch.

 

🚚 How long will it take to get my order?

All items are made to order. We ask for 5–10 business days to create your product before shipping.

  • U.S. delivery averages 3–9 business days via USPS Ground, depending on location.

  • You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

Please note: Some orders may arrive in separate packages. Allow 1–2 business days between deliveries.

 

⚠️ Do you offer expedited shipping?

No. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.

 

✉️ Can I update my shipping address?

Unfortunately, Etsy does not allow us to edit orders once placed. If you need to correct an address, we must cancel the order so you can place a new one with the correct information.

 

📦 Are items insured during shipping?

Most orders ship without insurance to keep costs down.
You may request upgraded shipping with insurance—just contact us.
Customers are responsible for filing all claims on uninsured items.

 

🔁 Can I return or exchange my item?

We do not accept returns, due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

If you receive an incorrect item (wrong pattern, color, or size), please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging and condition—free of hair, stains, or odors.

  • Replacements are only issued once the original item is returned and inspected.

Unauthorized returns or failure to follow return terms will result in a final sale.

 

📬 My order was undeliverable or refused—what now?

If your package was returned or refused, you’ll need to purchase our Re-Ship Items listing to have it sent again.
Orders not reshipped will be considered final sale.

 

🛑 What if my item is damaged or lost in transit?

Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
For damaged items:

  • Retain the original packaging

  • If insured, we may file a claim on your behalf

  • Replacements or refunds are at our discretion and only after carrier approval

We do not cover damage caused by improper use (e.g., overstuffed inserts, broken zippers).

 

📦 Shipping to Third Parties (e.g., movers, storage units)?

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.
If you’re sending an order to a third party, you are responsible for coordinating receipt or resolving any delivery issues.
